Dental Science, RadboudUniversity
Synergy and encountering were the key design concepts for the renovation of the dental science building, which is part of the Faculty of Medical Science and the HAN University of Applied Sciences. The renovated building combines theory and practice in education, research and patient care.
With its new facades, new central atrium and new facilities, the building has taken sustainable measures focused on saving energy, increased comfort, flexible use and a modern look. The correct partitioning and connecting between the user flows, between surgery rooms and classrooms/instruction rooms, the modified and flexible use (also in the long term), and the choice for the appropriate materials make the building ready for the future.
