Living in a world of differences
The Amsterdam city council has decided that also at the Zuidas 30% of the houses has to be social housing. In a period of spectacular rise of housing prices, Amsterdam continues in creating an undivided city. A city where differences can be celebrated. We believe this sets a great example for the entire country.
We enjoy creating social housing at the Zuidas. Just as much as creating spectacular residential towers with outrageous penthouses on the adjacent plot. That satisfaction is mainly due to the diversity. We are convinced that it is our task to make sure that people have a choice in the Netherlands, instead of having a country full of neighborhoods that look alike. In this newsletter you will find a nice spectrum of different living areas. For different people. Those differences make our work interesting and above all relevant.
