Apartments Oostpoort for sale
After the successful opening of the shopping centre, the following phases of Oostpoort in Amsterdam have started. At the location of the former gas factories a lot has already happened. The grounds have been restored and already a lot of shops and houses have been built. In the final phase there’s room for a more quietly situated neighbourhood.
In this neighbourhood we have designed a sturdy apartment building as a beacon at the Paradijsplein. The design of this compact residential building refers with its distinct masonry detailing to the industrial history of this location as well as the style of the Amsterdamse School in the surrounding neighbourhoods. The facades with clay coloured bricks have been folded around the building. Lines with standing stones within the masonry turn it into an extra tall building and exaggerate the protruding parts. The corners of the building are accentuated by the spacious and light terraces.
At each floor six apartments are grouped around a pleasant and spacious hall. The dwellings have large rooms and a substantial balcony, even the smaller apartments. Along the square somewhat larger and at the inner garden somewhat smaller. With terraces at the first and second floor the building is seamlessly connected to the adjacent family homes. At the top floor the building is a little less high on the backside, whereby the penthouses have a roof terrace.
De apartments are now for sale. This is a popular spot immediately next to the Watergraafsmeer and all new facilities and thus attracts a lot of interest. If you also like this building, hurry up!
