Intermezzo almost finished

Zuidas welcomes the first residents of the chic apartment building Intermezzo. The first apartments are ready and will be completed within a few weeks. Once the team of EraContour finishes the interior of the entrance hall and the green of the courtyard, after two and a half years of construction the first of the 175 apartments can be transferred to the proud residents of a unique Amsterdam icon. 

With the realization of the apartment buildings 900Mahler, Summertime, Block 9 and Intermezzo, Zuidas is rapidly changing into a vivid residential area. Around summer the public space will be ready and Albert Heijn will start with the decoration of their luxury supermarket in the Intermezzo plinth.
