Inbo Engineering was involved as the supervising project architect in the development of the Jheronimus tower in the ‘Paleis’ district of Den Bosch. The development was designed by the renowned Austrian architects Baumschlager-Eberle and includes a residential building with 88 apartments, commercial spaces on the ground floor and a two level underground parking garage with storage facilities. Inbo’s activities included consultancy in the design and development phase, taking care of the planning application, drafting of the construction preparation documents and the construction implementation documents.
Inbo wourking out the project in Revit 3D, which permitted excellent perception of the spaces and mitigated potential failures.
The model provided Vesteda, the client, with the opportunity of observing and understanding the development of the spaces as a 3D image. Everyone involved in the project was enthusiastic about the result and with Inbo’s approach.
