Connection
Openness. Sharing. Connecting. These are concepts which bind Inbo. Not the central organisation, but the network of connections. Within this network, each personality will be awarded the space required. Teams, fields of expertise, markets and alliances can all mark out their individual territory and unifying strength. Inbo both facilitates and proclaims this. Inbo is a forum for meetings and knowledge exchange: from a personal, professional and businesswise point of view.
Governance
Ownership structure
Inbo BV is a fully independent company.
The employees have combined full financial ownership by keeping depositary receipts. All employees can participate. Together the shareholders appoint the board of the foundation, which exercises voting rights on the shares and appoints the board of Inbo BV.
The board of Inbo BV is advised by an Advisory Board and the meeting of partners.
Integrity code
Inbo conducts its business with integrity, respect and professionalism.
Here integrity means: honesty, impartiality, independence, objectivity, trustworthiness and in accordance with applicable legislation and rules of conduct.
Respect implies: understanding, listening and committed.
And finally, professionalism means: creative, integrated, proactive, transparent, accurate, timely and cost conscious.
This Inbo integrity code is viewed as a benchmark of conduct applicable to both employees and partners alike.

Collaboration
We focus our approach on cooperation; cooperation with colleagues from the various groups, with clients and with other partners. This attitude guides us into successful alliances with other agencies working in our fields of expertise. We experience joint projects or processes as informative, educational, enjoyable and inspiring. A good example is our cooperation with Philips, Juurlink + Geluk landscape architects and JHK Architects. Working in unison we developed a sophisticated concept for the High Tech Campus (HTC) in Eindhoven. A complex which has been recognised with an award for the best business park in the Netherlands.
